Administrative building:

KVK, Utukur, Kadapa is having Administrative building inaugurated on 22.05.2008 by Dr. Y. S.Rajasekhar Reddy, then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.The administrative building accommodates Library, Seminar hall, Information corner and staff rooms with sufficient equipments

Farmers hostel:

Farmers hostel is facilitated with One Guest room (AC), One Guest room (Non AC), Dormitary room-I, Dormitary room-II, Kitchen, Dinning hall and Bathrooms. 

Seed godown:

20 x 30 Ft area Godown to store farm produce is available at KVK, Utukur, Kadapa

Millet processing unit:

Established millet processing unit at KVK instructional farm with various processing machines which can be used in making value added products and also as demonstration unit to the trainees attending vocational trainings at KVK, Utukur, Kadapa.

Vermi Compost Unit:

Established in the year 2019 at KVK, Utukur instructional farm under RKVY with Rs: 15.8 Lakhs with plinth area of 140 Sq Mts with an average production of 20-30 tons per year.

Mushroom Production Unit:

Established in the year 2019 at KVK Utukur under RAKY with Rs: 20.00 Lakhs with plinth area of 102 Sq.Feets. 

Sheep & Goat unit: 

Established in the year 2019 with area 150 Sq Mts with Rs: 3.00 Lakhs at KVK, Utukur instructional farm having Blakbengal Goats, Nellore Jodipi  & Nellore brown Sheeps.
